Due to an increasing workload Greenwell Design are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, ambitious and capable Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Durham-based team. Greenwell Design is a fast growing architectural practice with a country-wide clientele in a variety of development sectors.
Candidates should preferably fit the following profile:
- Minimum 10yrs post qualification experience
- Site experience and job running
- A skill base through all RIBA work stages
- A sound knowledge of construction
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A versatile and practical approach
- A passion and appreciation of traditional as well as contemporary architecture
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Varied sector experience with high attention to detail
- A full driving licence is preferred
